Torus: 66' Outside Diameter, 2,355 SF, Five-Bedroom, Two and a Half-Bath, Floor Plan with Courtyard.

How much fun is this house? The highlight is the 1000 SF central courtyard. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath, a garden tub, and a large closet. There are five bedrooms in all and two and a half baths. The big kitchen with a pantry, a breakfast bar and an island opens out to the courtyard. This home also has a family room, dining room, living room and laundry.

Torus: 66' Outside Diameter, 2,355 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath, Floor Plan with Courtyard.

This home is similar to our other five-bedroom Torus floor plan, with a few small changes. The bedrooms have bigger closets, and there are two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms instead of one guest bath and one powder room.

Orion: Main Floor of a 46' Diameter, 2,512 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The large foyer of this house could support an entryway closet or double hall trees. The floor plan is creative but efficiently designed. Specifically, two full-sized bathrooms and laundry rooms are found, one on top of the other, in the center of the house. The primary bedroom has privacy on its side of the house.

Orion: Top Floor of 46' Diameter, 2,512 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The top floor of this unique floor plan has a large family room, two bedrooms, four closets, a bathroom and a laundry room.

Europa: Four 32' Diameter Domes, 2664 SF, Five-Bedroom, Four-Bath Floor Plan.

This home is designed for a big family who believes in spending time together in common areas rather than everyone hanging out in their bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms might be a little small, but there is ample space for study or craft areas and a huge great room where the whole family can find space to spread out. In some ways, this is an old-fashioned plan. However, the separate kitchen is making a comeback.

Europa: Four Interconnected 32' Diameter Domes, 2,664 SF, Six-Bedrooms, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

This is a smart design for a big family. Everyone will have their privacy in six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The big laundry and small office space will help keep things sane around the house. The best part is the emphasis on common spaces for the family to gather.

Hyperion: A 32', 40' and 32' Diameter Dome, 2,998 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The feel of this home is a little more formal than most. Maybe this would be the ideal home for a family who likes to entertain. The huge pantry would certainly help. The primary bedroom has a nice closet and a large ensuite bath. Both sides of the home have full-sized guest baths, and there’s still room for a laundry, study area and breakfast table!

Rigel: Main Floor of a 50' Diameter, 3123 SF, Six-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

Xanadu: Many Interconnected Domed Artists' Retreat.

Imagine this home nestled in the woods. It would make the ultimate artists’ retreat or home for the artistically minded family. While there’s only one official bedroom on this plan, the “children’s room” dome and “guest room” dome could be divided into four or five more bedrooms.

Gemini: Main Floor of a 36' and 52' Diameter Dome, 4700 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

This big house has it all. The lower level has a primary bedroom with a huge closet and a full-sized bath with double sinks. The kitchen has tons of cupboard space and a nice-sized pantry. The study on the main floor is roomy, as are the dining and living areas. The entry from the garage is attractive because of the easily accessed coat closet and laundry room with a sink for quick cleanups.

Gemini: Top Floor of a 46' Diameter Dome, 3,870 SF, Five-Bedroom, Three-Bath Floor Plan.

The upper floor of this double-dome house has four bedrooms, a living room, and a large bathroom. If a second living area isn’t needed, this floor could be rearranged to give the bedrooms even more space.

The total square feet of the home is 4,715—enough space for any family.

Atlas: Main floor of a 60' Diameter, 4774 SF, Five-Bedroom, Four-Bath Floor Plan.

This floorplan would appeal to a very specific homeowner. Even though there’s no dining room, a dining room could be situated in the central living area. Or, the homeowner could forgo the garden area in favor of a dining room. This main floor has a vast primary bedroom with a large closet and bathroom. There is also a great room, mudroom, laundry, study and half bath.

Atlas: Upper Floor of 4,774 SF, Five-Bedroom, Four-Bath Floor Plan.

This home’s upper floor has two large and two small bedrooms divided by two Jack-and-Jill bathrooms and large closets. Something to consider here might be adding more closet space to the two big bedrooms.

Olympus: Main Floor of an 80' Diameter Dome, Part of an 11,644 SF, Twelve-Bedroom, 10-Bath Floor Plan.

This house is meant to be shared! Three generations could easily live together in this large house, or it could be set up as a bed and breakfast. This is the main floor of the central dome. It is situated between two smaller domes attached via short corridors. This part of the house has two bedrooms with ensuite baths, plus a powder room off the entry. The kitchen, pantry and common rooms are all spacious. There’s even a designated theater!
