Photo Gallery: Arcadia Dome Home Interior

Arcadia Dome Home is situated on 2/3 acre on the south bench in Providence, Utah, with a view of the valley and mountains to the west and two mountain peaks to the east.
The Arcadia Monolithic Dome home in Providence, Utah was recently completed and the owners were able to move in. This home is the first of its kind in Cache Valley and sits on a bench overlooking the valley.
These photos show the interior of the house. For reference, the home has 3200 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, home office, sitting room, great room including kitchen, dining, and living space, and a loft.

Looking into the home from the main entrance you see the great room, kitchen, and curved balcony of the loft.

The dome arches up from the great room over the curved balcony to the loft above creating an open, spacious feeling.

The house was situated on the land so this sunroom would have a commanding view of the valley and mountains to the south-west.

The quiet west end of the home is perfect for one of two identical bedrooms. This bedroom has a commanding view out the window.

A large utility room on the west end includes a large bank of shelves, washer / dryer, and utility sink.

Large vanity with a sink sits outside the bathroom in the west hallway. It reduces conflict when getting ready for school or bed.

The den sits under the saddle intersection between domes giving the space a unique, arching ceiling.

Back across the house past the kitchen with a center island bar — note how the curved counter-top mirrors the shape of the house.

When walking by the window in the main bedroom you can see the valley to the west and the mountain peaks to the east.

The main bathroom has a barrier-free shower, large soaking tub, built-in closet, linen tower, vanity and semi-private commode. The saddle connection between domes gives the bathroom a beautiful, high arching ceiling.

When exiting the main bedroom, we are greeted with a common message chalkboard, “Welcome to Arcadia!”

This is probably the best view of the curved stairway to the loft. People actually asked if the stairway was designed to mirror the chandelier. Actually, it was the other way around.

An intentional design of the great room is the implied conversation space marked by the rug, the close proximity of the couches, the couches themselves that encourage sitting up, and the open atmosphere.
