The Shamrock Chateau is a Monolithic Dome home in Italy, Texas at the Monolithic Dome Research Park. The house was constructed in 1999 for Larry and Marilee Byrne — Larry was the chief designer at Monolithic from 1983 to 2016. They named the home Shamrock Chateau in honor of Larry’s Irish and French/Italian ancestry.

The dome structure is three interconnected dome shapes — called the Hyperion — consisting of 30, 40, and 32 feet (9.1 m, 12.2 m, 9.8 m) diameters with a total floor area of 2660 square feet (247.1 m²). The central dome has a large, carpeted living and dining area, a separate family room, and a spacious kitchen. The 32-foot dome includes the main bedroom, bath, and a large home office. The smallest dome includes a guest bedroom, bath, generous storage, and an unusually large laundry area.

An adjacent 20-foot (6.1 m) diameter dome workshop is connected to the main home with a concrete fence.

The house was listed for sale in 2023.
