Eight Dome Homes, Four States: Your 2026 Monolithic Dome Tours Guide
The 2026 Dome Tours will include the Annual tour of the Monolithic Dome Research Park as well as three dome homes in Utah, Oklahoma and North Carolina.
This year, the Annual Dome Tour is expanding!
New this year, in addition to the five dome homes confirmed to be opening their doors to visitors in Texas at the Research Park, we also have three Monolithic Dome homes hosting tours in Utah, Oklahoma, and North Carolina. Two of these homes are newly completed and have never been open for tours before.
Whether you book a ticket to DFW Airport or drive to a tour closer to your house, this is your chance to see for yourself what the fuss around dome living is all about.

Texas: The Monolithic Dome Research Park
Every year in October, we open our doors at Research Park in Italy, Texas to the public. Hundreds of visitors walk through our Monolithic Domes used every day as offices, machine shops, and storage. Bruco, our beloved Texas-Italian caterpillar-shaped manufacturing plant is a big draw. But the real crowd-pleasers are the four or five Monolithic Dome homes next to the Research Park that are available to tour, and the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our Dome Design team. The tour is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026. It’s free and open to the public.

This triple-dome home in Providence, Utah, named Arcadia, will be available to tour on October 17th, 2026.
Utah: Arcadia Monolithic Dome Home
It’s back! Arcadia, a Monolithic Dome home in Providence, Utah, is open again for public tours. The house in an orion-style Monolithic Dome with a sculpted triple-dome roof atop segmented stem walls sprayed in place together creating one integrated structure. The 3300 square foot home includes four bedrooms, three baths, multiple living spaces, and a loft. The home will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

This brand new double-dome home in Oklahoma City will be open for visitors on October 17, 2026.
Oklahoma: Kissinger Double-Dome Home
Ish and Andrea Kissinger recently completed their new double dome home in Oklahoma City and have graciously agreed to make it available to tour this October. Their 1700 square foot home is an artist’s dream in color and light. It includes one bedroom, two bathrooms, a loft, creative spaces, and a connected garage. This Monolithic Dome home will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Just outside of Ashville, North Carolina, the Bonea family will be hosting a tour of their triple-dome home on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
North Carolina: Fairview Valley Dome Home
The day after the other two tours, the Bonea family in North Carolina is hosting a tour of their recently completed triple-dome home in Fairview, North Carolina (about 15 miles southeast of Asheville). Mike South returned from a trip to North Carolina a few days ago with new photos of the Boneas’ home. The photos tell the story of a beautiful Monolithic Dome home that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The tour is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026.
