SMS Marketing Privacy Policy

This Policy is for SMS Marketing Only. It does not supercede Monolithic’s Privacy Policy and is part of our overall Terms and Services.
Collection of Phone Numbers
We collect your phone numbers (mobile, land line, etc) when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during online transactions, when you fill out one of our evaluation forms, when you contact us with inquiries, or during the normal course of business.
Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used for the normal course of business—person to person—such as job coordination, product delivery, personal communications, etc. We never use mobile phone numbers for automated marketing or promotional purposes.
Shopify Orders
We do ask and collect phone numbers in connection with orders via the Monolithic Marketplace which is a Shopify storefront. We use these phone numbers to assist with delivering the order. We do not add these numbers to a marketing or promotional SMS texting service. All orders via Shopify are also subject to Shopify’s Strict Privacy Policy.
Third Party Providers
We do not share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting Out of Marketing Messages
Owing to the nature of SMS technology and the need to be comprehensive with this policy, if you somehow manage to receive a marketing SMS text from us, you can easily opt out by:
- Texting STOP to opt-out
- Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out
- Texting CANCEL to opt-out
- Texting QUIT to opt-out
Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us.
Privacy of Phone Numbers
Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages.
Changes to This Policy
This SMS Marketing Privacy Policy may be revised at any time without prior notification. Changes will be posted to this document.
